Welcome to AdFlow. Our services are designed to help merchants optimize their feeds for Comparison Shopping Ads. By accessing our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Service Description

AdFlow provides a seamless integration with Google Shopping. Key features include:

  • Automated Feed Optimization: Enhances product titles, descriptions, and picks images using AI for better performance.
  • Advanced Custom Labels: Allows segmentation of products for targeted campaigns.
  • Compliance Fixes: Automatically fills missing attributes to enhance product visibility.
  • Campaign Management: Facilitates launching and optimizing high-converting Google Shopping campaigns.

These features streamline feed creation, boost visibility, and drive sales with minimal effort.

Account Registration

To use AdFlow, users must register with a Google account and provide valid credit card information for billing on paid subscriptions. By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up-to-date.

Subscription Plans and Billing​

AdFlow currently offers 3 subscription plans:

  • Free: 200 SKUs, 3 shopping campaigns, AI optimization, AI Enhanced Attributes, 1 custom label automation, and email support.
  • Pro: 2000 SKUs, 5 shopping campaigns, AI optimization, AI Enhanced Attributes, 5 custom label automations, email support | $4.95
  • Custom: Everything in Pro, dedicated account manager. Custom pricing.

 

Your subscription will be billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, you will continue to have access to the tool until the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation and Termination

Users can cancel their subscription without penalty. The service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. AdFlow reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for any user who violates these Terms and Conditions.

Intellectual Property

All proprietary software and technology provided by AdFlow are the intellectual property of AdFlow. Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the AdFlow services without express permission.

Limitation of Liability​

Adflow does not warrant that optimized product feeds will fully comply with Google Merchant Center policies or result in sales. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with Google’s policies. Adflow shall not be liable for any claims, penalties, damages, or losses arising from policy violations or failure to generate sales through use of the tool.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through the courts located in Ontario.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

AdFlow reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users are encouraged to review the Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of the service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of and consent to such changes.
